Port School’s Hospitality students recently spent time exploring Fremantle Market, investigating the wide variety of international foods outlets and ingredients that were on offer.
They chose fabulous red dragon fruit to bring back to school, which we used in a tasty fruit salad at recess.
Our students were as usual excellent ambassadors for Port School!
