As our Hospitality students embark on their latest unit ‘Prepare and Present Non-Alcoholic Beverages’ be prepared to enjoy a variety of delicious drinks at recess. Students are learning about different types of drink preparation and presentation, starting off last week with delicious healthy milkshakes using fresh ingredients and this week they made a fabulous strawberry mocktail.
