Term 2 in the Port School Kitchen has been all about discovering new and rediscovering old favourites like Beef Bourguignon, Laksa, Risotto and plenty of delicious soups which warm the cockles of the heart!

The highlight of the term however, has been our special guest Lyn Della Bona and her cake and decorating classes. Lyn has been kind enough to share her expertise with us, creating elegant fruit tarts and decadent chocolate delights!
