In March, we wrote to families regarding the Earbus Foundation and their planned visit to Port School. This was regrettably cancelled due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.
The Earbus Foundation of WA is a children’s charity that identifies and treats young people affected by Middle Ear Disease. (www.earbus.org.au)
They have generously rescheduled the date to come to the School to check students’ ear health and hearing, at no cost to the School or to students’ families.
The Earbus Foundation will now be visiting Port School on Wednesday June 10, 2020.
We will be sending you two consent forms by post which you should receive in the next few days. If you would like your child’s hearing to be checked, please complete both consent forms and return them to School as soon as possible, but no later than Friday June 5. Alternatively, you can download these by clicking on the links below.
This is an amazing opportunity to have your young person’s hearing checked at no charge to yourself. We sincerely hope that you will take advantage of this service.
