What Should You Do if You Have a Concern or Complaint?

As part of Port School’s commitment to the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations, we are committed to providing a child-friendly complaints process, one which is child-focused and upholds the rights of young people.

Students can speak with any member of the Port Team, with whom they feel comfortable and trust. Everyone has the right to feel safe and happy, so please follow these simple suggestions if you are feeling sad or unhappy, or for any reason, unsafe.
