Students studying Art at Port were recently treated to an Acrylic Pouring Workshop, with local artist Tammy Cuff.
Acrylic pouring is a technique whereby acrylic paint is mixed with PVA glue and a few drops of silicone. It is then poured onto a surface in a variety of ways, and the surface is tilted in each direction to allow the paint to flow and the colours to interact in unpredictable yet extremely interesting ways.
As you can see, the results were absolutely amazing!
